Mobile OS Simulation (PWA)

Challenge

The challenge was not visual design — it was behavioral accuracy. Touch interactions, animation timing, responsiveness, and perceived performance all had to feel like the real thing. Users needed to experience a complete mobile operating system — apps, gestures, notifications, UI — without installing anything.

Solution

We built a browser-based experience that simulates a full mobile operating system. Users interact with the interface as if they were using a real device: gestures, app flows, live notifications, and system-level UI elements — all delivered through a URL. The result is a product-level experience that required no hardware access.

Outcome

Deployed ahead of the global launch announcement. The experience handled 1M+ users during the campaign window across a multi-region deployment. Press previews and partner briefings were conducted entirely through the browser. Zero hardware shipped before launch. The original company retained full credit for the execution.

Interactive Pavilion System

Challenge

A real-world activation combining physical space and digital interaction. Visitors move through a pavilion, scan QR codes at different stations, complete missions, and interact with product experiences. One mission allows users to configure a product visually — selecting colors or components. At the final step, users provide ID at a desk, staff verifies mission completion through an admin panel, and issues the reward.

Solution

We built the full system: a consumer-facing mobile web app with QR mission checkpoints, real-time staff admin panel for verification and lead management, automated reward notification, and post-event data export. System responsibilities included tracking user progression, storing product preferences, and supporting staff operations in real time — all under the agency's domain.

Outcome

Structured user journeys with ~60–70% engagement completion rates. Warm leads delivered with actual product preferences attached — not just contact info. Event staff operated all flows independently. The brand received custom CRM one week before the launch of the actual event

Interactive Product Experience

Challenge

A digital experience focused on product interaction and customization — built for campaign environments, brand storytelling, and decision support. The bar was high: clean visual execution, intuitive interaction, and solid performance on mobile devices. Static product pages weren't working. The brand needed something people would actually spend time with.

Solution

We built an interactive configurator with a curated product library, material and color selection, and a visually guided interface. The experience was designed to feel like an editorial catalogue rather than a standard e-commerce tool — smooth transitions, high-fidelity renders, and a flow that rewards exploration.

Outcome

Average sessions of 3–5 minutes. Measurable interaction depth across configuration steps. Stronger product engagement compared to static pages, with the configurator used as the centerpiece of a seasonal campaign driving both online engagement and in-store appointments.
